Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery and apparel, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been customized unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
